Part of the MXOS family
Everything an agency has.
Run by one person.
Your CRM, your client portals and your projects in one place.
- Free for 14 days. No card, no catch.
- $29 a month after that, or $290 for the year.
One job, handed all the way along

1 of 7Your day starts on one list — who needs you, and what it is.
Pricing
One price. Everything in it.
No tiers, no per-client fees, nothing saved back for a fancier plan.
- As many clients and projects as you like
- A branded portal for every client
- Deliverables, reviews and revision rounds
- Quotes that turn into projects, and invoicing on your own Stripe
- Scheduling, with approvals and deposits
- Follow-up that knows when to stop
- Client health scores, powered by Pulse
- You and two teammates, and 100 GB for your files
This is what it costs when you get in — and you'll still get 14 days free first. No card, so there's nothing to cancel if it turns out not to be for you. And your clients pay you directly on your own Stripe, so their money never touches us.
Get on the list
I'm opening this slowly and on purpose. Tell me what you do and I'll come to you when there's a place.
Plainly
MXMINI is new, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. What you get instead is a product you can still shape, a real person who answers when you write in, and a button that hands everything back — every client, project, message, file and invoice — in one file, whenever you want it.
Would you rather own it outright?
Founding access, 10 people
Own it, instead of renting it.
The WordPress plugin version — and every update to it
It's the same product, as a plugin you install on your own site and your own hosting. Yours to keep, and you keep getting the updates. So if MXMINI ever shuts its doors, the software doesn't go with it — you just carry on, on your own server, with your clients and your data right where you left them.
- Never charged again. One payment and that's it. No renewal date, no card sitting on file, nothing quietly waiting to expire and lock you out.
- A say in what gets built next. A direct line to me, while the roadmap is still short enough that one person asking can actually move it. That won't be true forever.
- One of only ten, and then the door closes. It's a real limit, not a countdown that quietly resets — when the tenth one sells, this goes away for good.
These aren't sold first-come. Tell me a bit about your business and we'll have a short call. There are only ten, and I'd rather know who they are.
